Open Tuesday to Saturday evening, our Chef’s Table serves a daily changing menu inspired by the market and our kitchen garden, celebrating the freshness and simplicity of Provençal produce. In the warm setting of the bastide, the Chef crafts seasonal dishes that evolve with each day’s harvest.
Expect delights such as a delicate seasonal vegetable tart, locally caught fish with roasted vegetables, silky ajo blanco or traditional Provençal petits farcis. A classic aïoli may lead to light desserts: plant‑based panna cotta, almond‑milk rice pudding or a sun‑kissed fruit crumble, rounding off an authentic, convivial dining experience.
