Barely 30 years old, Chef Camille Iffly – originally from the South-West of France, having cut her teeth with Alain Passard at l’Arpège (Paris) and Chef Philippe Moreno (Les Hortensias du Lac) – offers cuisine inspired by the ocean and the mountains. Fresh and seasonal dishes, just like the young chef: sunny, colourful, intuitive and full of delicacies. Respectful of the environment and this exceptional setting, the cuisine is interpreted every day from local products, sublimated without ever being denatured. A menu that reflects a healthy lifestyle focused on eating well with tasty, balanced dishes inspired by the many travels of the Chef and her team.
