Just above water level, the forty seats in the restaurant's bay window room all enjoy a breath-taking view of the sea, the Château d'If and the Frioul archipelago. Come and savour resolutely contemporary, fresh and unique cuisine prepared by our talented Chef, Camille Gandolfo. After extensive sourcing from the best local producers, discover a seafood-based menu. The hotel cellar offers wines from Domaine de Fontenille, owned by the collection, as well as a selection of regional wines and some of the best French vintages.
Classic and signature cocktails, tasting of regional craft beers and Fontenille wines, enjoy a moment on the rooftop with your eyes turned towards the sea.
Every Saturday and Sunday, from the beginning of November to the end of March, the sea urchin tasting season opens on the Bords de Mer rooftop!
