Yoga & pilates lessons
During the summer, several mornings a week, Joakim Boulate, our yoga and pilates teacher, offers you his classes in the garden facing the sea.He adapts to your level and your desires, to gently awaken and energize the body.
- Yoga: every Monday and Friday in July & August (except 1/07 and 26/08)
- Pilates: every Wednesday and Sunday in July & August (except 28/08)
